La Oliva Little paradise was born in 1985 when René and Úrsula decided to establish themselves in the charming street of Santa Cruz in the old town, where they would give a home to lovers of a casual Ibiza. After almost 40 years, their children Lisa and Louis have taken over the baton to continue a legacy full of stories, Mediterranean flavours and, above all, good company. Located in the heart of the historic centre of Ibiza Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999; the cobbled streets that surround us are the history of the island where Arabs, Phoenicians and Christians lived side by side.
