Refund Policy for Guides

All sales of guides are final. Once a purchase is completed and access to the guide is provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If you experience technical issues with your purchase, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any problems related to accessing or downloading the product.

Refund Policy for Products

Within 14 days of the order shipment date, Mocco Travel accepts exchanges in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packing included.

You will be paying for the round trip shipping charges of the item to manufacturer workshop and back to your address if you request an exchange. The cost is determined by the item being returned. All shipping charges can be found at your local post office. There are no refunds on payment fees.

How to Perform an exchange?

Use the contact details below to reach out to our customer service staff. You will receive confirmation from us as well as the address to which the parcel should be sent. Select a new item for the exchange. Make a payment if the item you're exchanging costs more than the item you're exchanging. Please deliver the goods to our warehouse. Wait for us to receive the product and inspect it. We confirm that the item is in new, undamaged condition. We send a confirmation, and the transaction is complete.
