Can Mimosa

Can Mimosa is a 200-year-old farmhouse restaurant and tavern situated in Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza. With an emphasis on seasonal meals with locally produced products, it provides a casual and authentic Ibicencan dining experience. The restaurant places a strong emphasis on having a connection to the soil; much of its fruits and vegetables come from a kitchen garden, and they also purchase from suppliers and farmers within a 4-kilometer radius.
